Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will start at 12:45. The main business of the AGM is the election of half of the Board of Directors.

Picnic
A charcoal grill will be available starting at 1:00. NEOC will provide mustard, ketchup, water, lemonade, plates, utensils, and spatulas. Bring something for the grill or a prepared dish for yourself and your family, plus a potluck item to share with everyone: if your last name begins with N – Z, bring a salad/side dish; last name A – M, a dessert.
Lawn chairs and bug repellent are also recommended. We will also have some extra hamburgers and hotdogs, $3 and $2 respectively.
There is a parking lot at the end of the road, and several parking areas along the road.
Look for the O-signs.
